Super Friendly Came to the dealership unexpectedly, they helped us find what we were looking for in a truck, worked with us on a price, and walked out with a truck. Shawn Becton was a pleasure to deal with and came up with a package and price for a new truck that we accepted. We had discussed our plans with him to tow a camper trailer and our need for a "tow package" which typically includes the hitch receiver, wiring connections, a brake controller or at least braking circuit wiring for the trailer and sometimes an auxiliary transmission cooler. Shawn said this would be included as part of our deal. Our truck was brought from another dealer and made ready locally, and when we took delivery, we found that all we got was the hitch receiver and wiring for trailer lights. We think it likely that the sales people don't make the decisions that result in disappointments like this, so our poor experience is the result of choices made by others in Eastern Carolina Nissan. We hope this does not happen to other customers. More
