Unfortunately, I had a very different experience at the dealership recently, in the service department. For the past few years, I have received excellent service when making purchases or having state inspe dealership recently, in the service department. For the past few years, I have received excellent service when making purchases or having state inspections, etc. Always before, staff would do the small things that add up to excellence: asking if I would like a complementary rinse, would even vacuum my car out; they would always remove the paper mat on the floorboard; able to fix any minor or random things occurring with the car; always knowledgeable for when I should next come in for any oil change or other service. This last visit, personnel were clueless about how to make a service reminder on dash go off, floor mat left in car, no offer for a rinse, not able to tell me when next oil change due, etc. I hope this is a situation where maybe someone in another department had to fill in for service department. Don’t mean to be critical, but this is my honest opinion. More
This time I needed a state inspection. I called the service dept. and was told to come right in. Not wanting to go then (my choice!) I went the following day.
