It was my first visit I was scheduled for a 730am oil change and didn't get out until right before 9am. I wasn't even helped until about 745am because no one was there when I was scheduled for a 730am oil change and didn't get out until right before 9am. I feel if the service department is going to make 730am appointments, have someone there no later than 715am to open up and have everything ready for the customers. I was also supposed to get my interior vacuumed, if it was vacuumed, they did a horrible job of it and the worker I had even looked at it and wasn't sure if it was vacuumed. More
