First Nissan dealership in North Carolina. I recently relocated from Wisconsin and Joshua was amazing. He was very detailed with explaining what services I would be receiving and informed me of I recently relocated from Wisconsin and Joshua was amazing. He was very detailed with explaining what services I would be receiving and informed me of a recall my car had which was free of charge. My toddler got hungry while waiting so we walked to a local restaurant. Joshua was kind enough to call when he realized we left and offered to pick us up when they were finished with my vehicle. Joshua went over every test and result for my vehicle and informed me of how long my tires where good for before I would really need to buy nee ones. I really appreciated their honesty and chivalry! I'll stick with Eastern Carolina Nissan so long as I am here. More

did not fix my complaint reason for service call: Loud metallic noise under my left front wheel after paying nearly $2000.00 dollars a month ago for brakes and tires told m reason for service call: Loud metallic noise under my left front wheel after paying nearly $2000.00 dollars a month ago for brakes and tires told me a loud metallic banging out underneath my front left wheel was a noise in my dash board. did not fix because i did not authorize ripping my dash apart left with a 50 dollar bill to change my oil, and rotate my tires. Now my car engine sounds like there is NO oil in it for the first 5 seconds of staring every morning. thanks bz More
