Shocked! I have been dealing with this dealership for several years now, both sales and service. I am totally disgusted with their service department. Supposedly my tires Michelin which are rated at 65000 have been rotated according to schedule.. When my car was taken in for its 25000 mile service with tire rotation, was told that I needed new tires as my tires were badly worn and was presented with a price list of 3 different tires and told they needed replacing that day. It appears to me that they are more interested in taking my money unnecessarily than servicing what they sell. More
