False diagnostic We came in for a gear shifter replacement. We were told one thing and would be an easy fix and covered under warranty. When we brought the car back, something happened and now it’s not only NOT cover I’m under warranty (mysteriously) but it’s also more complicated and well over $700. Not sure what happened when the technician took the gear apart the second time, but something got messed up and now we are paying for it. More
Friendly personnel. Service very satisfactory. Would defiantly recommend the service department. However there was not a car wash, If so was the worst I have had since dealing with Nissan and this Would defiantly recommend the service department. Disappointed in "car wash". Guess can 't complain since it was complimentary. Would still recommend your service department. More

"Replace drive belts on my 350Z" Purchased my 2003 350Z at this dealership. Have always gone here for all of my service needs. I have always had a great experience coming here as all Purchased my 2003 350Z at this dealership. Have always gone here for all of my service needs. I have always had a great experience coming here as all of the folks are very friendly & the service was outstanding. However, I have to say that I was disappointed at my last visit. I came here a couple of weeks ago for a routine oil & filter change. Their Z tech informed me that there was a fuel line recall & that my drive belts needed to be replaced. We made an appointment to have this work done 2 weeks later. I dropped my baby off at 8:00 in the morning for the work to be performed & went home. Around noon, I was told by the service manager that they didn't have the drive belts in stock! Wouldn't have them until the following Tuesday. That is totally unacceptable. They made the appointment 2 weeks earlier so obviously someone dropped the ball in ordering the belts! The belts were installed on that Tuesday as they promised & I will continue to keep my Z serviced there but am a little disappointed. More
