Great Service and Staff! I have been taking my Nissan frontier here for service since I purchased it from Eastern Carolina Nissan in the summer of 2016. The service personnel are always friendly and professional, get my vehicle in quickly, and do exactly the work that I have requested of them. I also appreciate that they wash and vacuum my vehicle each time I go for service. I could choose to have my vehicle serviced closer to home, but I don't mind driving the 40 miles to this dealership because of the way they treat me. More

The worst car buying experience This dealership took the best car buying experience I ever had and turned it into the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a preo This dealership took the best car buying experience I ever had and turned it into the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a preowned vehicle from them and within a week the air-conditioner went out and had to spend $500 getting that fixed. (I was never offered a warranty) One month later I am still waiting on my tags. When I spoke to the sales manager about driving with expired tags he said, “ cops around here won’t care about that!” I was always told to never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I really wish I hadn’t. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase a car from them. Once you buy they put you on the back burner....that’s how I’ve been treated at least. More

On my way home from there I had a mechanical issue come up and had to bring it back to the dealership.
