Can't find my car's problem I have taken my 2017 Rogue back twice for a strange noise in the front end. I have been told that it is "safe to drive" but they don't know what the p I have taken my 2017 Rogue back twice for a strange noise in the front end. I have been told that it is "safe to drive" but they don't know what the problem is. How can they assure me that it is safe to drive if they don't know what is wrong with my car? The claim they replaced a part in the front section of the AWD saying it was defective, but the noise still exists. My vehicle is still under warranty since it is only a little over a year old with approx 22000 miles. I am annoyed that they never call me. I have to call them to get information. I have asked them to call me but it never happens. You can buy a car from anywhere but the quality of the service you get makes the dealership. I have owned three previous Nissans with no issues. This is the first one to have a problem that can't seem to be solved. More

All service personnel that I interacted with were awesome. All service dept. employees that I interacted with were friendly and made me and my Service dog 'Jekyll' very comfortable. Troy Williams is a great sales consultant. I would probably not bought the Murano from here if it wasn't for Troy Williams who made the experience wonderful. I think respect needs to be shown to customers to earn their business and Troy did exactly that absent his leadership’s approach. More
