I brought my car in on 6/8/2022 for repair [coolant leak], which I am satisfied with after the repair was done ... however, upon retrieving my car [6/11/2022] I observed it had an additional issue whic leak], which I am satisfied with after the repair was done ... however, upon retrieving my car [6/11/2022] I observed it had an additional issue which occured while my car was in the possession of Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram ... specefically, I started up the engine, stepped on the brake to put the car in drive, and the gear shift was not moving from the park position to the drive position ... I ask the cashier to call the gentleman who brought my car up front so I can speak to him about it, but the gentleman could not be located at the time ... I returned to my car and tried again to no avail ... only when I took my foot off the break pedal I was able to move the shift into the drive position ... my car was not doing that when I brought it in for the coolant repair ... I spoke to the service rep [Mr. Sammy] the following Monday [6/11/22] about it and was advised to bring the car back to check ... I returned on 6/16/2022, and was advised that the check could not be done because four mechanics were out on that day ... I plan to return the car this week [week of 6/20/2022] .. and am defnately looking forward for an explanation ... to date my car is still having the same problem ... again my car was not delivered to Eastchester Chrysler in that condition! More
