This has to be a 2 part review because I did not have time to give Ricky in the service dept a review in the summer when I first had to get my car looked at. First Visit: Ricky accommodated me the ne time to give Ricky in the service dept a review in the summer when I first had to get my car looked at. First Visit: Ricky accommodated me the next day around my work schedule and I was running a few minutes late but he did not turn me away he still kept my appointment time and that was super important to me because I had my toddler come with me and adding things in our schedule can throw things off a bit so that was super helpful for me, he has no idea! I was able to get my car checked and given a quote on the work that needed to be done without being sold on anything, he was genuinely just trying to help me get the information I needed without making me feel like I had to schedule something right away. Super grateful. Second Visit: I was ready to get all the items on the list Ricky quoted me done and Ricky got me in the very next morning for service!!! HUGE DEAL! I have gone to another jeep dealer before because I was not able to get on the schedule with Eastchester and I was afraid it would be the same again. During my wait I got frequent updates, I was not sidelined with another item that had to be added because Ricky consulted with me first and made me aware of pricing and I was super grateful for that because other places or people would just assume it is ok to add on services without making you aware. Even still he didn't make me feel like I had to add the service if I was not ready. And through this entire process, he schooled me on the pros and cons of things pertaining to my vehicle to help me understand my decisions on service and what I should focus on if I did choose to move forward. I believe that he has made my experience with Eastchester again like when I first got my car there, I felt comfortable and like the person I was getting help from was knowledgeable, understanding, easy to speak to, and accommodating, PROFESSIONAL! ABOVE AND BEYOND! This was the first and only time that I went to Eastchester and did not have to get help from multiple people. Ricky is the real deal one-stop shop if you need help with your car you will not need to speak with two or more different people, he knows what he is doing and he does a great job at it! Super appreciative of my new experience at Eastchester, thanks to Ricky as long as I have my Jeep, they have gained a customer back. Thank you! More
