Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

After going to my regular mechanic and spending 2500.00 and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone an and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone and she was very cortious and down to earth. I explained to her my situation about how I had been ripped off by my regular mechanic an still had the same problem with my Pacifica she immediately got sonny the service manager involved to try and help me with my problem of my cooling fans not coming on and the vehicle overheating at that point Sonny had me bring the car in when it was convenient for me and arranged for me to be dropped off at work. In our conversation sonny said to me I could appreciate your concerns but rest assure that we are not here to hurt you we are here to help you. And although I had been treated unfairly by my regular mechanic as soon as he said that it was like the weight had been lifted of my shoulders. Sonny and Lori and their techs were able to fix my car in a timely fashion and always kept me up to date as to what was going on with it . And believe it or not the price was less that half of what I had paid my regular mechanic. And my car is fix and driving better than it has in a long time . Thank you sonny and Lori I will always come back to your dealer for all my future needs .:-) More

I had a noise in my pickup truck at highway speeds, The tech Don asked to road test the truck with me so he could fine the noise I was talking about so we did he was able to find that my wheel bearing was tech Don asked to road test the truck with me so he could fine the noise I was talking about so we did he was able to find that my wheel bearing was the problem.
