I went to the service department when I started experiencing some problems with my Dodge Caliber. I was very concerned with the safety of my vehicle. Jon came out to my car and listened to my concerns and my car. He was so helpful! He reviewed the problem to me step by step and told me how the process would work from check in to ordering my parts.
