1st time at Easchester. went for the oil change special (Buy 1 get 3 free)So I decided to get them a try. I pulled up into a very clean reception area. I was met by Raven you asked me what I needed and tol (Buy 1 get 3 free)So I decided to get them a try. I pulled up into a very clean reception area. I was met by Raven you asked me what I needed and told me I had a little wait since there were 3 cars ahead of me for oil changes.So she did my paper work, put all my info into the computer for the next time I visit Eastchester. After that I went to the customer lounge ,which is located in the new car showroom.( Can you say sales ploy!) After looking at the new cars I went to the lounge. Which again was very clean and comfortable. It has tables with chairs and 3 sofas,a flat screen tv and remote control. And also there is small childrens playroom with toys with a tv showing cartoons. A free coffee machine is also available. There are windows in the lounge so you can see your car being serviced. After an hr & 1/2 my car was ready. All in all my experience at Easchester was positive, they were professional ,the place is clean and comfortable for customers. I hope they continue in this manner since finding a good place to service your car can be a stressful decision. More

Lori was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and made for a calming experience in a potentially stressful situation. Lori made sure that my loaner vehicle was delivered to me and made sure I was informed by the technician of how my problem was resolved. I went to Eastchester Jeep because, I just bought a new Jeep from another dealership and I was having issues installing the soft top. While trying to figure this out, storm clouds had come in the area and Jeep from another dealership and I was having issues installing the soft top. While trying to figure this out, storm clouds had come in the area and the skies were about to open up. As soon as I pulled into the lot and explained my story, the rain started coming. These guys were GREAT, they got my Jeep into the garage and started working in it immediately. I didn't muy my truck form there and they didn't have to assist me but they were more than accommodating and I highly recommend this dealership and will be bring my truck there for service in the future. Thanks Robert, Bobby and Javier, you guys were awesome and great personalities as well. I strongly suggest if you are going to by a jeep go see any of these guys, they will have you laughing and work with you. Cheers More

All I can say is that Lori was the most helpful person in the service dept. I also was able to see the garbage that Lori had to endure with some of the customers and their invalid complaints.
