I have dealt with this dealership (under previous mgmt.) and was not pleased with the sales dept. or mgmt. I always had an excellent experience dealing with the service dept and so I returned for my regul and was not pleased with the sales dept. or mgmt. I received an email (they are good about sending them - not too many & they alert you to deals) advertising a summer sale on a preventive maintenance service. I was in the area and walked in to schedule an appt. While there I asked to see a dealer. One of the GMs (a super guy named Barry) lead me to Robert LaRosa. I left today with a new vehicle and am glad for the experience. This current management and sales and (as always) service team was really wonderful. Don (Service) - Personable, attentive and knowledgeable. George (Service) - Personable and GREAT eye for detail. Bobby Erickson (Finance)- Took an extra step to help close the deal and was knowledgeable. Barry (Mgmt) - On a hurt foot - did a lot of 'running' to assist where needed. Robert LaRosa (Sales) - Upfront and thorough. Personable and attentive. Clearly works hard to seal a deal for his customers. Thanks guys. More

Be aware! They are only nice to you when they need to sell. After I purchased my truck from them I asked them several time to fax or mail service records on the services that they have done on the vehicl sell. Very hard to get hold of anybody. They all say that they are too busy right now to help me. Mr. Khan promised to fax me the records. It's been 2 days now. Still no fax! Very poor customer service! Horrible dealership. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes on the phone to make an appointment. If you did not buy your car there, do not go there! The Service Manage, I believe his name was Mike. Not too sure since he didn't even introduce himself. Once he heard from the advisor that I didn't purchase my 2011 there he didn't care to help. He was rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Terrible dealer, lack of knowledge and common sense. They gave me my car back covered in mud which is ridiculous considering it's an urban environment and there hadn't been rain in days. I have no idea where they test drove the car. They didn't listen to my details about when the problem occurred and inconvenienced me by having my car the entire day and did not put much if any effort into resolving the problem. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
Jimmy Somma was polite, knoledgeable, and friendly. I was impressed that he remembered our names and where we were from even after the weekend. He said he would not pressure me and he keep his word. After checking my credit he said with a smile, "It's not Gold but its Platinum." and assurred me that I was not under any pressure. He explained my options and especially the safety aspect of making the trade, I will always remember his words "It'a no brainer"(smile) Thinking of my three grandchildren and loved ones too I was sold.I was excited and just about settled on buying my first Black vehecle and my second Jeep,when Jimmy said with excitement "wait a minute I'll be right back." When he returned he had information about a Jeep that he wanted me to see. The same car but it had a SUN ROOF! what!! Well, all I have to say is, I did not get a black car. But this was everything I wanted and more. He did what he said he would do and even programmed my phone to accept calls befor I drove off the lot What A Guy. What a blessing. I will keep in touch. I would like to really thank Martha for helping me out on the purchase of a vehicle I came into the dealer not having any knowledge on what steps I needed as far as buying a vehicle she greeted me upon getti the purchase of a vehicle I came into the dealer not having any knowledge on what steps I needed as far as buying a vehicle she greeted me upon getting to the dealership with such a warm welcome I felt as if I knew this young woman for years her personality was incredible and I must say I was very Happy to see a woman in this line of business especially a person like Martha she seemed to know what she was talking about. She sat me down asked me a few questions and what brought me to the dealer I have had my license for years traveled by public transportation and with the job change I need to purchase a car I had a budget in mind she asked me what would be something affordable to me and I told her where I wanted to be my credit wasnt the greatest I call it Bad CREDIT Martha calls is Credit Challenging and with that being said I felt more at ease. Martha told me not to feel bad at all the dealership deals with many banks and felt confident enough that the dealership would get me approved she spoke very highly of the dealership and stated that everyone goes through hard times, she toke my information came back and told me every step I needed to do She told me based on my credit and where I wanted to be at as far as my payments she could show me a few cars that would allow me to be where I wanted to be. We went out to the lot she showed me several cars I must say they have a big inventory and lots to chose from , the dealership is huge and beautiful. She landed me on the car I thought I would require a huge down payment and again to my surprise that wasnt the case, she had me sit with finance while she got the car ready for me I didnt know I was able to go home with it that day she really made this a experience to remember after speaking with finance She helped me with getting the insurance allowed me to use her computer to contact a few companies found the best quote and had the insurance go in effect. I drove the car home that day I want anyone thats in the market for a car to go see Martha this Young lady is amazing she is for the customer all the way. I am a happy car owner for the first time. Not only did Eastchester Chrysler Jeep dodge earn a sale Martha earned a loyal customer that will follow her for years her dedication to making sure that the buyer is happy with the purchase is more than enough to earn a loyal customer.
