Rejected service with bad brakes Today my 69 year old mother went to your service dept.clearly stating her brakes were not properly coming to a halt.She was told by a gentleman named Today my 69 year old mother went to your service dept.clearly stating her brakes were not properly coming to a halt.She was told by a gentleman named Jose she would have to make an appt. & it could be two to three days before her vehicle could be reviewed.I could understand the refusal if it was based on a basic need but this was a brake issue.Quite obvious a road hazard jeopardizing my mothers safety!Outraged that my mom was sent on her way,I called requesting to speak to the service Mgr.a women by the name of Chassidy answered i briefly explained the occurrence & she told me to have my mom return.(Thank you Chassidy!)The vehicle was purchased at your dealership & this is how you brush off a safety issue on your own customer?It is obvious Jose shows no consideration for your customers & there well being!To top it off they provided her with a ride home called when her vehicle was ready but could not offer her a return ride to the dealership.I can say only one thing this is truly the poorest customer service & the worse experience ever!!! I brought a brand new Wrangler on Monday March 2nd 2015 and it broke down on Wednesday. It took more than week for me to get the vehicle back only to be told it was bad gas. After weeks or arguing it was not a gas issue they admitted that they had to repair the transmission, change the gas pump, fix loose wire and totally Integrated Power Module. I was not given an invoice with the print out of the repairs, I believe this was deliberate to hid the paper trail of the repairs. I would not recommend this dealer to an enemy much less a friend. Each time I took the vehicle in for repair it took at least a week to get a response. Now jeep only wants to trade-in and not buy-back the vehicle which they appraised it for $29K after a month and I paid $36K, how convenient. Now they want me to take a lower model vehicle after they give me back less that half the depreciation value, even though I have lost numerous days from work. Buying the vehicle is ok, just try to get it serviced or repaired. More
Paid for Oli Cange and it was not Changed I had two flat tires that they took two days to fix. Unfortunately, I'm writing this letter due October 27, 2014 Dear Sir/Madam: My name is Madeline, let me start by saying "I Love my Jeep"! Unfortunately, I'm writing this letter due to the unprofessionalism I received from Jeep Chrysler located in Eastchester Bronx, NY. I was heading to work on 10/23/14 at approximately 0910 hrs, I kept hearing a swooshing noise. I pulled over & noticed a four inch puddle idling in the front floor of the passenger side. I immediately drove to the Eastchester Jeep Dealership where I purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler on August 5th. I was greeted by the service Manger Paul Anthony Rowe. I explained to him the emergency stemming from the obvious flood which saturated the rugs with rain water. He asked if I have an appointment, again I stated that I'm here on a "emergency" due to a water leak. Mister Paul then proceeded to tell me that there's NO guarantee that my car will be "looked" at because I don't have an appointment. I didn't mind leaving my car and taking a cab to work as long as the car was being attended to. I asked Mister Paul if in the meantime he can have someone use a dry/wet vac so my rugs won't mold. He said someone will tend to that once the car gets looked at. I called a cab to take me to work, it took them 30 minutes to pick me up. While leaving I noticed my car was parked in the lot "outside". Later that day I phoned Mister Paul and asked him for the status on my Jeep. Again, he stated that they weren't able to look at my car and someone will call me when it's ready to be picked up. I asked Mister Paul why is my Jeep parked outside the lot since it's still raining? He stated, "How do you know it's outside"? I said because I saw it there before I left. He said, "Well, we moved it". I wasn't totally convinced partly because he sounded agitated. The next morning, I decided to get my car and bring it to another dealer. While I was en route, the service agent called and told me my Jeep was ready. I was so ecstatic! Once I arrived. I was given my key and paperwork & told where to find my Jeep (which was still parked in the same spot). I asked the service agent to explain to me what the problem was, what work was done, and how can the issue be avoided in the future. He snatched the service form and told me to follow him outside. He said the factory seal was replaced. I immediately went straight to the passenger side, opened the door and placed my hand on the rug. Oh My Gosh! The rug was soaked and the water trailed into the back floor rug as well! I went and got Mr. Jacob Padilla who initially sold me the Jeep. He noticed how upset I was and he took my car and dry/wet vac'ed it for me himself. He apologized and asked me not to worry that he would do everything in his power to make sure I'm satisfied. He firmly told the service agent that his lack of work was a reflection on him and his future customers. Needless to say, it rained the next night Saturday, October 25th. I went to my car, opened the passenger door and placed my hand on the mat. Well, I was right. The mats were wet. I was fed up at this point. I phoned the main Chrysler contact number provided on the web site. I spoke to a wonderful agent named Kyla whom gave me a case number: 25850669 and told me to bring my Jeep to Riverdale Chrysler Jeep also in the Bronx. She said I'd be getting great customer service and my issues would be addressed promptly. Eastchester Chrysler is NOT adequate in dealing with people/communication skills. Riverdale Chrysler Jeep dealt with my issues, and waiting time was a little over two hours. I'm very satisfied with their findings. Mr. Robert Radinson and his staff were very pleasant and courteous. My car was delivered to me with the upmost professional manner. I'm hoping this letter will be useful so future customers can live out the ultimate Jeep experience without having to endure a traumatic one in the hands of lazy and inexperienced individuals. I'd also like to thank those individuals who work for Jeep whom take PRIDE in delivering quality customer service. If it wasn't for Jacob, I might have gone postal (figment of speech) for those with no humor. I lease my 2012 ram from this dealer. Took it there for oil change and inspection. A black smudge mark was left on the inside interior of my ram. And was given their voicemail on many occasions. I eventually contacted the lease company, who then connected me with corporate. I was then told to return to the dealership and they will remove the stain. Which costs me time from work ,tolls and gas being that I live in brooklyn. I recommend no to deal with this dealership it's not worth the headache. My last vehicle was a jeep Cherokee and now I'm in a ram 1500 crew cab. When my lease is up I will end my relationship the dodge,jeep Chrysler dealership. Never again, they are the worst . You never know until your already committed in a lease or finance contract .
