Bad communication and appointment set up. Service,ok I guess Made my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon I received from the manager when I purchased my car back in sep2017. First appointment was made a month In advance over the phone and was scheduled for a Saturday at 4. I showed up and was told the techs leave at 1 and had to reschedule. Second appointment I made was for the following week on a wednesday at 430. I arrived at 4 a half hour early and again was told the techs were done for the day. I explained I made a previous appointment and had to reschedule and this was the time given. The girl who helped me made it possible by asking a tech to stay later to work on my car. Although I checked my oil a day later and it didn't look new. Also they rotated my tires and only put back 2 of the caps on the stems. They were also supposed to inspect my break pads and I don't think they did because it wasn't in the service receipt they give you. I should know that they cut corners when my car was ready in 15 minutes. Thats Kinda quick for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. But according to them they work very quickly, that's what I was told when I voiced it to the girl in the service dept. This was my first time getting real service there. So one star is good enough. Too much nonsense. I will try them again only because they gave me free oil changes for 2 years but don't think I'm not concerned with their service. I don't know their names so I can't select who I dealt with but I never forget a face. More

Great Service I am from out of state and have a 2015 Dodge Durango. My truck stopped on the expressway early evening on a Friday. I called and was told that I needed an appointment. I got the service manager on the phone and explained my situation. He advised for the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. I expected the unfortunate extra costs including a hotel stay for the weekend. It got to the service department around 5:00 pm. Mike has a technician look at the vehicle that night. It was a simple fix and we were on our way that same night. GREAT SERVUCE. More

Erroneous diagnosis & flawed advise for replacement Inspect your vehicle WELL before bringing it to Service. One bulb was broken (the regular one for US 20) and then they have said it is the HD one whic Inspect your vehicle WELL before bringing it to Service. One bulb was broken (the regular one for US 20) and then they have said it is the HD one which is for US 310. We’ve checked the car before and therefore refused the service. When I raised the matter over the phone with their customer service, they still “insisted” on their erroneous diagnosis. Perhaps we are in a parallel universe but their persistence to uphold an erroneous diagnosis and a flawed request for replacement, raised further concerns in regards to their credibility and professionalism – especially since this was the second time we had such an episode with them. During the first episode we have paid around 700 USD for a problem we did not complain about and was identified following a visit to their services. So, not again! It’s a petty, they were beside our house. Now we will have to travel all the way to other dealers’ services in other cities, which is much better than being subject to this unprofessionalism and flawed services. Advise, if you need to go there, just INPSECT YOUR VEHICLE WELL & IDENTIFY THE ISSUE TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE BEFORE GOING THERE. GOOD LUCK!! More
