Terrible My couple of visits to the service department was horrible. I came to Eastchester on three to four days because of wrong information given to me. Then I felt worst speaking with the new manager. For me to be a value costumer he had no regards for my feeling he was heartless. Check the record and you would see I get all my service done there and I brought all my vehicles there. The only reason why I kept coming back is because of Mr. Day. More

Horrible Purchased my car from this dealership. Car was purchased new. Less than 3000 miles later car would not start. Called and had car towed to dealersh Purchased my car from this dealership. Dealership said they would have a service rep call and confirm arrival and discuss details as the car was still under warranty. Received no call so I called and left a message as nobody was available. Saturday no call dispatcher did confirm that the car was there and I should be hearing from a service rep. Saturday no call. I called and was told service department was closed. I then told them I would be there to have my car taken to another dealer. The dispatcher told me service department would be closed however she would let the manager know as he can authorize the release. I get there and the manager said she was not informed of the matter however he would call the manager of service who was off duty at this time. (This person did not call or return calls when he was on duty) Big surprise he did not answer or return the calls made by the manager. After waiting three hours I was told I would not be able to move my car until the manager came in on Monday. Went for my car Monday at 5pm. The car had been sitting there and not even touched by service . No apologies no reasoning why things went so wrong just was given the keys so the car could be removed. Never ever will deal with these people again and plan on letting as many people as possible know. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! More

Bad communication and appointment set up. Service,ok I guess Made my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon I received from the manager when I purchased my car back in sep2017. First appointment was made a month In advance over the phone and was scheduled for a Saturday at 4. I showed up and was told the techs leave at 1 and had to reschedule. Second appointment I made was for the following week on a wednesday at 430. I arrived at 4 a half hour early and again was told the techs were done for the day. I explained I made a previous appointment and had to reschedule and this was the time given. The girl who helped me made it possible by asking a tech to stay later to work on my car. Although I checked my oil a day later and it didn't look new. Also they rotated my tires and only put back 2 of the caps on the stems. They were also supposed to inspect my break pads and I don't think they did because it wasn't in the service receipt they give you. I should know that they cut corners when my car was ready in 15 minutes. Thats Kinda quick for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. But according to them they work very quickly, that's what I was told when I voiced it to the girl in the service dept. This was my first time getting real service there. So one star is good enough. Too much nonsense. I will try them again only because they gave me free oil changes for 2 years but don't think I'm not concerned with their service. I don't know their names so I can't select who I dealt with but I never forget a face. More

It was for a software update which when verified with uconnect it was never performed. More

Horrific! Maggie was professional and courteous. I have worked with Rolando Vargas and he is unprofessional and deceitful. He lied to me about the status of the Maggie was professional and courteous. I have had to make numerous trips to the dealership to have repairs done. Initially, I was lied to several times by the service dept about the condition of my vehicle and given a horrific deal by the finance dept who conducted a bait and switch of the vehicle. I realize they have tried to clean the place up, unfortunately, I am stuck with a lemon due to lies from the previous team. So, I have nothing good to say about Eastchester. I would not recommend this place to my enemies! More
