TERRIBLE!! My auto body guy took my jeep here for service after I was in a collision back in March. The blind spot indicator lights were not working correctly. T My auto body guy took my jeep here for service after I was in a collision back in March. The blind spot indicator lights were not working correctly. The dealership said they were fixed and sent the car home 3 times before they were finally fixed the 4th time (after they realized the car's computer needed an update - which turned out to be covered under warranty). The car was at the dealership for about 7 days and the quality of work was terrible. We noticed after picking up the car and taking it home the final time that the wheel liner rivets were missing, the wheel liner was not correctly installed and the car was filthy. I will never bring my car back to nor recommend this dealership. Thankfully we have a relationship with White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge and they were able to replace the missing rivets and fix the wheel liner so we wouldn't have to take the car back to Eastchester Chrysler for the FIFTH TIME! More

Maggie is the best! I had an ongoing a/c issue on a new vehicle that I had to go back 3 times last year to finally get fixed. Since I’ve received poor customer service in I had an ongoing a/c issue on a new vehicle that I had to go back 3 times last year to finally get fixed. Since I’ve received poor customer service in the past, I was a little weary about taking it back this year, but you can tell the overall atmosphere has changed. Maggie has always been rock steady (Robert’s pretty good too). It gets really busy there, so having someone who will keep their word (called me at 11:30 am because “Yesterday, I told you I’d get back to you by 12 noon tomorrow”) is really important to me. As long as you give it to me straight, I’m good! It took them a week to figure out the issue but I’m glad they kept the car until it was completely fixed!!! They put me in a rental (no charge) while I was waiting for it to be fixed, so you can’t ask for more. The A/C has been blowing nice & cold. Thanks so much! More

Repair and Service of Jeep Wrangler I dropped off my Jeep the night before in hour lock box. I never got a call from any one until 2 pm the next day? i called every department in your s I dropped off my Jeep the night before in hour lock box. I never got a call from any one until 2 pm the next day? i called every department in your shop ( sales/Services/parts/ general manager at noon). Absolutely no one picked up a phone. i thought your building had burned down. Needless to say i did not get my car serviced in one day. And I dropped off mine the night before. ? Service rep was great. Kept me informed all Wednesday afternoon as to costs and what needed to be fixed. At 4 pm i found out car would not be ready until Thursday afternoon. Cars runs well and all service needs met. Service rep was excellent, service timing on the car, not so much. More
