Excellent customer advicer Had a problem with my tire pressure signal. Made an appointment with the Eastchester dealership for the following day. Great experience I was traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and unfortunately had car trouble halfway through my trip. Luckily, I was within 2 miles I was traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and unfortunately had car trouble halfway through my trip. Luckily, I was within 2 miles of Eastchester Jeep and was able to get in and have my car serviced. Maggie was extremely accommodating knowing I was not from the area and made sure that I was able to get my car fixed and on my way again. I did have to wait a while but given the fact that I didn't have an appointment that wasn't an issue. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More
