Worst service I brought a car a month and half ago and the check engine light oil change light and buttons missing on the car I called to schedule an appointment fo I brought a car a month and half ago and the check engine light oil change light and buttons missing on the car I called to schedule an appointment for servicing and I got the run around first they could not find my information in the computer. Then they wanted to use my extended warranty they I was told that I had a 200 dollar deductible when I was told I did not they would not release my car unless I paid the 200 dollar when I got the papers for the service rendered it stated I had no deductible but they still took my money. More

Great Service I had an appointment for 7:30am and I had to be at work for 8am there was a gentleman, Mr. Day, greeting everyone. I expressed to him that I would be I had an appointment for 7:30am and I had to be at work for 8am there was a gentleman, Mr. Day, greeting everyone. I expressed to him that I would be running late. He accepted my car and told me to get going to work. Shortly after I received a call from Yasmin, who I normally deal with, she asked me what my vehicle was coming into service for she then told me a service advisor by the name of Ricky would contact me and keep me updated about my vehicle. Ricky kept me updated on my vehicle and also recommended some repair which I will most definitely return for! This dealership has great customer service and the employees are remarkable! Definitely has a welcoming feeling to it. Makes you feel more than a customer. More like family!!! More

The minute I enter the lot to the service area there was a gentle I truly believe a business front line is always the best and should be welcoming.... The minute I enter the lot to the service area there was a gentleman that was very welcoming.... I've been to this location before but having an interaction like that makes any customer welcomed.... The young lady that assisted me was also very welcoming and very helpful.... Any information she received she then relayed back to me so I felt "in the now" and not lost to what was going on to my vehicle.... Thank you for a good experience More
