She when the extra mile to help me get my radio system replaced with a new one. I had a big problem with my radio system not turning on for two minutes. after the two minutes, my AC & heater, front and rear defrost will turn on by themselves. I'm grateful for her dedication to serving her customers. She will give you a rundown of the situation. Her kindness and professionalism is one hundred percent on point. Thank you Maggie Matir. More

Disappointed I had to take a step back to write this review because I do want Chrysler to take it to heart. We own a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica since November 2017. W I had to take a step back to write this review because I do want Chrysler to take it to heart. We own a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica since November 2017. We brought our car to the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership on Boston Road the first week of May 2018 because it was making a nagging sounding noise. They checked the car and told us the repair will last about a week or so. They discovered the tensioner was making the noise and we approved the repair to change the tensioner-belt ($165 for parts; $150 for labor). We had asked them to take a look at our oil pan and it needed to be changed. We agreed for those repairs too ($762 for parts; $450 for labor). They checked the car again and found the power steering pumping was also making noise. They checked for leaks and found none. So we agreed for them to change the power steering pump since it was making the noise as well. Which they did ($334 for parts; $450 for labor). Well the new pump they placed started making noise too. So they had to replaced it, again as per parts warranty. So now the dealership is in possession of our car for over a month (longer than originally scheduled), and they began informing us that the reason why we had a noisy car was because the rack and pinion were leaking internally and sending metal shards into the power steering wheel and causing pump damage. So now they recommended changing them and they would have to replace the subframe as well due to excessive rust. Now you can imagine our frustration and irritation because it took them a month to realize what was the real problem after making repairs that were just patching a bigger problem. So you can understand why we felt we were dealing with incompetence. Now the kicker is when the car was returned to us, it is leaking power steering fluid which it never did before, the car was returned dirty and not even vacuumed (whatever happens to good customer service). And on top of that, we couldn’t turn the wheel. It felt like trying to turn stone. We couldn’t leave the dealership parking lot. We called the manager this time, and at first he tried to spew the company line how our car is so rusted blah blah blah. I said well why don’t you try to drive the car sir he couldn’t. So he had to take the car back in the garage to see why we couldn’t turn the wheel. Guess what? They forgot to add power steering fluid back. Incompetence. Over $2,500 out of pocket later, and now with a leaking car with the same problem we went in with, I feel like we just paid them to just open the hood and look at it. Incompetence. I could have gone to a mom and pop garage or a shady mechanic and get better work done, At least I know there would be a chance of them screwing me. But I did not expect that from the dealership itself. Just Because It is an old model car. I will definitely not recommend Chrysler or any other affiliates to anyone. Enjoy your day. Will Rivera was horrible to work with and actually bought me to tears in the dealership when he told me the decision I was making "stupid" on issues I was having on the first dodge that I bought from the dealership. My interaction with him made me question about doing any other business with the dealership. Luckily Stephen Joseph was there to help rectify the situation "somewhat". The initial experience I had purchasing my car at this dealership taught me a lot of dos and don'ts when I purchase my next vehicle. More
