poor customer service overall The customer service is terrible no one calls you back. none of the supervisors call back. i was left without a rental i was told they will call me ba The customer service is terrible no one calls you back. none of the supervisors call back. i was left without a rental i was told they will call me back no one did then a few days later i recieved a text saying my car was ready. i left several different messages for finance managers and sales managers to discuss trade in options as well as i was looking to talk about purchasing two new cars for my twins that are going away to college no one ever called me back. that was lost of sales for your company but i guess my money or me being a customer doesnt matter.
