Follow Up On 7/25/18, I dropped my Jeep off at approximately 7:35 am for a service and to have a rattling noise checked out. The service rep was Ricky. I did not hear back from a service rep so I decided to call a about 1:00 pm to see if I can get an up to date on my vehicle. I called numerous times and kept getting transferred to a different person. I also called and left a voice mail on Frank's (service managers) phone and did not get a call back. I decided to go to the Jeep service center and arrived at about 2:45 am. Upon arrival Ricky was not there as they told me he left for the day. the other rep on the deck behind Ricky's was looking into finding out the status and told me to wait in the service lounge. I continued to check back with her every 15 minutes and she said she is trying to find out the status. At about 4:30 pm she came and told me a part had to be ordered and it should be in tomorrow. She asked me to wait in the lounge again so she can prepare the check out paper work, which was not done until after 5 pm. A very frustrating day with poor follow up. On 7/26, Ricky called me in the morning and told me the parts did not come in yet and apologized with the miss hap yesterday. Ricky texted me at 3:11 pm and told me the parts arrived. and I told him I would be there on Friday at 7:30 am to drop off my car again. The repairs were completed at 10:31 and Ricky let me know by text. More
Had a good experience I felt good about my service appt. - they were able to tell me what service I needed but didnt pressure me if I wanted to wait or get second opinion o I felt good about my service appt. - they were able to tell me what service I needed but didnt pressure me if I wanted to wait or get second opinion on quotes. First, my car broke down in downtown Manhattan, had it towed, and Scarlett took pictures of the car when it arrived and sent them to me to ensure there was no damage from the towing. Thanks Scarlett! Then Robert took over and was punctual, open, and was able to have my car repaired and back to me in less than 24 hours. I am very impressed by the service I received. I found my new Dodge dealer! Not good We had the GMC TERRAIN for 4 months. Had it told to our schedule 8:15am appointment and paid $160 for diagnostic test to find out you did not know wha We had the GMC TERRAIN for 4 months. Had it told to our schedule 8:15am appointment and paid $160 for diagnostic test to find out you did not know what the issue was at 11am. Then told me to toll it to nearest GMC dealer and they fixed it within 10 minutes. We should be reimburse for the issue because you called the toll truck that never showed after 3 hours so we had to pay for a toll with Triple A. My experience is causing me to think hard about buying my next card in January. More
