Awful Service Repair Not sure if they are paying for all the great reviews. However I a REAL DUDE and this is a REAL REVIEW 3rd time I've been here and none of my issues c Not sure if they are paying for all the great reviews. However I a REAL DUDE and this is a REAL REVIEW 3rd time I've been here and none of my issues cannot be fix. Ask for a detailed description of what was fixed the last time when my car had to stay for a week and a half after a simple oil change. They cannot tell me, ask for a manager, there's none on this shift or he had an emergency and had to go home. Same story all the time. I wouldn't recommend this Service Center. The only reason I came back is because this is where I bought it to be fix last time. Thinking they would have a record. Issue is Change Oil Light comes on, then 1 day later the factory remote start when pressed turns on the car, car then immediately turn off. 2 - 3 days later engine light comes on. Fix: none so far Other issue was tow hitch lights, I was charged $300 to activate the system to turn on the lights when hooked up to the trailer. Guess what they didn't work ask for them to be fix. They claim the system is showing they work I'm going to try Riverdale Jeep next time 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited Ratings for this Eastchester Jeep Dealer on Post Boston Rd in the Bronx is 0 out of 5 More
