It would have been good if My vehicle had proper tires Brought my 2015 Kia Sorento on Saturday, noticed it was pulling to the right, we scheduled a apt for my alignment that day in order to close the deal Brought my 2015 Kia Sorento on Saturday, noticed it was pulling to the right, we scheduled a apt for my alignment that day in order to close the deal and done so we did. The day of the appointment after all is said and done the vehicle is worse off than when I brought it in. Asked for someone to test drive it and the mechanic agreed it’s much worse. I was scheduled for another one that moment and I physically went there to get it done. When the job was done the mechanic conducting the alignment told me it will still pull no matter what until I change the tires. So now I’m left holding the bag on hundreds of dollars. I go back to eastchester Jeep to try and plead my case for new tires and I get told “there not that bad”. My tires are worn out in the front and my vehicle won’t continue to stay in a straight line and god only knows how it passed inspection but that’s another topic for another time. More
