Not Consistent My service representative was perfectly lovely, but overall service wasn’t consistent up and down the line. Went to reception with a question and waited while other staff was on their personal phone. Asked to speak to the Mgr because I was frustrated at that point but he wasn’t available even though I was in the service area for an hour. More
Poor Services I drove 62 miles 1 way from home to receive a complimentary oil change that was promised to me when I was signing the leased doc and was was told tha I drove 62 miles 1 way from home to receive a complimentary oil change that was promised to me when I was signing the leased doc and was was told that the complimentary oil change was valid at any dealership in my neighborhood but that was just a lie to convince me with the purchase. The service department changed my engine oil but the car started alerting me that oil change is required after I drove 20 miles from the dealership and now I have to find $150.00 to take the car to a nearby dealership or drive another 120 miles back to Eastchester just to get the computer reset. Regardless of what decision I will make it will cost me money because of their incompetence. It's my understanding that if I do not get this rectified, the engine will shutdown without warning hence why I am limited on how far I can travel with the vehicle. More
Recall I called to schedule an appointment for two recalls that were on my vehicle. I also wanted my car checked, as the keys were locked in the vehicle a few days before and I wasn’t sure if this was a defect- I also wanted to know if I would be charged if car had to be checked due to this specific issue. I was informed that a Service Rep Would call back to answer my questions prior to my appointment. I did not receive any call prior to my scheduled appointment on 9/1. When I arrived I was informed that the wait time would be two hours for the recall. I requested shuttle service and was informed that it was not offered on Saturday- I paid for an Uber to go back home. Approximately two hours later I was notified that my car was ready for pick up- however they had to order a part for the 2nd recall. I ordered another Uber to take me back to the dealership. When I arrived for my vehicle the the Service Rep explained that the car first had to be checked for them to be able to order the necessary part for the 2nd recall. It would have been great if I had known all this information prior to my visit. Perhaps if customers were informed of the Shuttle service schedule and the details of a recall, it would provide them the opportunity to make arrangements prior to their visit. This would result in a better overall experience. More

My car was kept for over a calender month.the first 8 days nothing was done and that was no communication with me or the extended warranty. Day 17 I filed a complaint with BBB and Dodge coporatr. Day 27 I arrived at the dealer yo find my car crashed. The dealer attempted to over charge me after nearly destroying my car and keeping it for an unnecessary amount of time. I initially spoke with Maggie then Frank the service manager the Marc the general manager. None of these people were accountable for anything that said. I was told I would not have a car for 5-6 months or longer yet there was no diagnosis. I am beyond disappointed with this dealer the service and communication provided was beyond humane... Staff hung up the phone on me and the corporate office they lied and said they would call back and never did and ultimately never kept their word. Not only is my car not fixed I am now in a worse situation then when I decided to drop off my car. More
