There was a lack of communication I went for a oil change Saturday I had a 12:30 appointment when I got there I was told no more cars are being service due to a large amount of cars ah I went for a oil change Saturday I had a 12:30 appointment when I got there I was told no more cars are being service due to a large amount of cars ahead of me I went back early Monday before work 7:30 am as I was told to be in and out I learned I had a recall to be fix after the oil change The car was put to the side without my knowledge as I was waiting I told the service rep I have to leave for work she said ok and I should be more patient.After the service guy brought Mr my car he said can you wait for ten minutes for me to do the recall he was never told about it until now I told him no I had to leave got to my Job 1 hour late More

Great service I went in for my first oil change, the wait wasn’t long to get service but did waited 2 hours for then to finish. durango light on i went to this service center for a light that was on in my truck and rob new what the light was and what it might have been on. they check out my veh i went to this service center for a light that was on in my truck and rob new what the light was and what it might have been on. they check out my vehicle and rob called me to let me know what the problem was and what they needed to do to correct it. my truck isn't fix yet because they had to order the piece needed and its on back order. so i'm still waiting. he said it should me about two weeks or so. No shuttle service available I requested in advance a shuttle service I have to wait for long time to get it because the person they where calling to give me the service didn’t an I requested in advance a shuttle service I have to wait for long time to get it because the person they where calling to give me the service didn’t answer the phone I am a disabled person and they refused to pick me up to come back to pick up my car even I was only 1 mile away from the dealer very disappointed the persons I requested the shuttle service didn’t show any kind of empathy!
