My car was out of warranty?! How? I took my car in for service. Was told that my car was out of warranty even though it was brought in 3 years to the day of I gof the vehicle and I was I took my car in for service. Was told that my car was out of warranty even though it was brought in 3 years to the day of I gof the vehicle and I was under 36000 miles. I was told the warranty starts on the date it is delivered on the lot and the date brought which makes no sense to me because if a car sits there for 6 months a person is only get a partial warranty when they buy? That is crazy. I reached out to the service manager and Chrysler corporate office and got 0 response. I can not say that I can recommend the dealer or the brand because they seem to be only about the dollar and the brand. More

Oil change not express The customer service that Kayla provided was excellent and it really went a long way to easy the stress that i was having due to the long wait time fo The customer service that Kayla provided was excellent and it really went a long way to easy the stress that i was having due to the long wait time for service and the huge flies that were in the customer lobby. The wifi in the lobby does not work even tough it had a sign posted with the network name and password. The network listed was not showing up as an option when trying to connect to the wifi. Back to the flies, there were so many huge flies that were super aggressive and bit me several times. Again Kayla was extremely helpful even when I came back because the technicians forgot to reset the oil change indicator and forgot to place the sticker on the windshield. I hope they did not forget to change the actual oil. lol More

Pretty Awesome Customer Service Going to a dealership for service is always stressful, Yasmine really went out of her way to make my visit as pleasant as possible. When your check en Going to a dealership for service is always stressful, Yasmine really went out of her way to make my visit as pleasant as possible. When your check engine light comes on you never know what to expect, and that’s what was happening, the unknown. When I was told I had a cracked cylinder head, the dollars signs started rolling around in my head. But it was great to find out that it was covered by the warranty and this included a rental car. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was told it would be ready Tuesday maybe Wednesday the latest. Got a text from Yasmine on Monday at about 1:15 saying my car was ready, that was really great, not that I didn’t enjoy my rental expirence but that’s another story. It was great dealing with a Service Advisor that was straight to the point and didn’t beat around the bush. Yasmine, two thumbs up👍👍, and thank you for going out of your way for me with the rental company, both picking up and dropping off, it’s much appreciated. More
