Horrible! Way overpriced service department! After purchasing several vehicles from this dealership. I had to get some work done there and was told $1500 for work another Chrysler dealership did After purchasing several vehicles from this dealership. I had to get some work done there and was told $1500 for work another Chrysler dealership did for half that amount. I was told it's because it's the bronx! Never again will I spend another dollar there! More

Communication I arrived at the dealership around 8am and did not leave until close to 11am. I was there for an oil change and decided to get my filters change as we I arrived at the dealership around 8am and did not leave until close to 11am. I was there for an oil change and decided to get my filters change as well. I was never given an update about the staus of my car. After waiting about two hours I left the waiting area and asked when my car would be done, I was told “5minutes”. About 45 minutes after that my car was ready. More
