Maggie is the best I went to get airbags replaced bc they were recalled. Not only did Maggie do that, but she inspected my car, found out what my warranty covered so I w I went to get airbags replaced bc they were recalled. Not only did Maggie do that, but she inspected my car, found out what my warranty covered so I would pay the least amount out of pocket, set me up with a nice rental car, and kept me updated on my car status throughout. Sensor trouble I have mixed emotions about this experience. I have concluded that there were two problems with my car, and they overlapped. The first was bad batteri I have mixed emotions about this experience. I have concluded that there were two problems with my car, and they overlapped. The first was bad batteries (2), the second a bad ABS sensor. In today’s world of computers, mechanics are too dependent on them. So, when the problem does not show up on the computer, they do not have the skills to figure out what is wrong on their own. My car was there three times for the sensor problem, and until I drove it in with the warning lights on, no one could find the problem. James Collier and Yasmin Henry were courteous and very helpful in getting this situation resolved. Each had to give me their personal cell phone numbers so I could keep in touch. There seems to be a problem with telephone communications when trying to contact the dealer or service center. I would call it poor a best. Although I was left without a car the first two visits, I was given a loaner the third time. I am still waiting for the headphones and remote for the entertainment package and a meeting with the general manager. This was a used car and it has had three mechanical failures, while I do not want to go under the Lemon Law, I do want some compensation for my down time. More
