Immediate service is Received notification that I needed service. Performed the service and charged for a part that was out of stock so had to come back 2 days later . My truck had several issues so I knew it wouldn’t be an overnight fix, but throughout the process Rob kept me up to date and even assisted with the rental process to ensure I had a vehicle to drive. Once my truck was done Enterprise drove me back to the dealership and the checkout process went smooth. Dealing with any servicing of your car can always be a pain in the ___, but I’m glad I dealt with Rob at Eastchester. He made the process manageable and as stressless as possible.
