Again I'm here posting a review in regards to this dealership. I took my car is for brake noise they changed my actuators on my exhaust when that was never the issue. Now the actuators they put on is dealership. I took my car is for brake noise they changed my actuators on my exhaust when that was never the issue. Now the actuators they put on is defective and the service manager Jose refuses to replace them saying that I cut my mid mufflers off. I understand I cut them off however I never complained about my old actuators. They just kept changing parts on my car instead of listening to my concern which was the brakes. Now I am stuck with bad actuators that make noise Everytime I press the gas pedal. This place is a xxxxing joke. They will never let me speak with the general manager. I am very very known for my reviews that I post places and I have a lot of people who see what reviews I leave. I will no longer take any vehicle I have to this dealership for any service. They think they are slick but I will be calling corporate to let them know what this dealership is doing to customers and maybe have the police meet me at the dealership that way I will also have this issue on paper work. I'm warming people to stay away from here the stress and pain is not worth it. More

This place is a joke. The staff member are also a joke. Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and my car was damaged. Instead of them doing the right thing they drilled h The staff member are also a joke. Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and my car was damaged. Instead of them doing the right thing they drilled holes into my car. How do you drill holes into a 70.000 car??? Everytime I try to reach the general manager they refuse and send my call to someone else. I will no longer be having any of my vehicles serviced at this dealership. My suggestion is not to do any kind of business with this dealership. Also had my wife's vehicle in for repairs and it came back with a broken part that was never broken before. More
