I found that everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured and they listened to what I was looking for and made sure I was in the right vehicle. This was my first new car purchase in almost 10 years and everyone was very helpful and explained every part of the process to me. I love my new 2011 RAM 1500! From the showroom floor to the service area e everyone was very helpful and explained every part of the process to me. I love my new 2011 RAM 1500! From the showroom floor to the service area everyone made you feel like family and seemed to go out of their way to make sure you knew your vehicle inside and out. Donny in service installed my wheel locks and after market parts which I purchased from the dealership. Donny also took the time to answer all of my mechanical questions I had about my new HEMI. I was also very happy with the price I got on my new truck. Andy made sure we stayed within the monthly amount I was looking to spend and was still able to get me into my dream truck.
