I spoke to Gwen initially and she was extremely friendly and helpful, If I had to rate her personally, I would give her a 5 for Great. Other than that everything else deserved a 3(ok). First we were told there would be games, prizes, free food and a clown for the kids. They only had free popcorn, hotdogs, cotton candy and water. Well popcorn and cotton candy is not food its junk food. Than we were told we would get a american express gift card or a chance to win a car. We did not get the gift card, we have to wait to receive it in the mail, and there is a timelimit on when we have to activate it. Hopefully we get the gift card before the time is up. The advertisement for the car was false advertisement because when it was our turn to spin for the car, the lady had already taken my husbands license and proceeded to give us the gift card information as the prize. I said to her well, we did not even spin yet so why are you giving us the card. She said oh well you could win both. (LIE) we were told you could only win either or. After seeing all this and nobody actually winning the prize I decided Chrysler would not get any of my business. I understand car sales people need to do whatever to get the people in, but maybe if you try a little honestly you would get more people buying your cars. So in the end, we took our 2005 Dodge Durango which is in great conditions, only 54,000 miles on it, Hemi engine and dvd player to Chevy Tahoe, traded it in and we are picking up our brand new 2011 Chevy Tahoe today. ALL BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TO DEAL WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE. Oh and one more thing, the salesman we dealt with, I can't remember his name told us if we trade in our car we would be in the red. That the car is never worth more than what is owed on it. I knew that was not true because we already had the car appraised at $13,000.00 / we only on $5237.50 on it. When we traded it in. YEP WE were right. We got about a $7,000.00 toward the Tahoe on the trade in and only put out $3,000 cash down, just to get our payments to where we wanted them. More
