This was a very positive experience. You are welcomed at the door with a friendly attitude. My saleman Bobby was very knowledgeable, helpful & courtieous. There was no pressure. I went there with printed certified price from truecar.com with Eastchester dealer's contact information. It was printed that the price was agreed with this dealership. The sale person was friendl truecar.com with Eastchester dealer's contact information. It was printed that the price was agreed with this dealership. The sale person was friendly but the manager was very rude. He didn't want to look at the paper I printed and quoted very high price for leasing 2011 Dodge Caravan mainstreet. I didn't say much but he was so angry and said some unprofessional word. It was really unpleasant experience. Be away from this dealership. More

I called to see a car which this girl told me was still on the lot. I drove 40 miles and through tolls and a bridge to find out it was just a switch and bait tactic!!
