AVOID THIS PLACE. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY AUTOS BUT HAVE N-E-V-E-R HAD AS MISERABLE EXPERIENCE AS THE ONE PROVIDED BY EASTCHESTER. MY TEST DRIVE INVOLVED ENDLESS PAPERWORK BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE BRIEF D N-E-V-E-R HAD AS MISERABLE EXPERIENCE AS THE ONE PROVIDED BY EASTCHESTER. MY TEST DRIVE INVOLVED ENDLESS PAPERWORK BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE BRIEF DRIVE ON NARROW SLUMMY STREETS. THE DRIVE WAS INTERRUPTED BY TRUCKS STOPPING US CONSTANTLY. WHY? THE SALESMAN WOULDN'T PUT PLATES ON THE CAR(!) WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE HIGHWAY TRAVEL POSSIBLE! SINCE THIS CAR IS DIFFICULT TO FIND, I HAD TO DEAL WITH THEM AND THIS SET UP THE DAY OF PURCHASE. A NIGHTMARE. AGAIN ENDLESS DELAYS AND ENORMOUS PAPERWORK. MY SALESMAN WOULD DISAPPEAR LEAVING US WAITING AT HIS DESK - WITH NO EXPLANATION. THE SHOWROOM IS UNDER AIR CONDITIONED AND THE LATIN MUSIC WAS SO OFFENSIVELY LOUD THAT EVEN THE STAFF COULD NOT CONTINUE THEIR PHONE CALLS! AS I FINALLY PREPARED TO DRIVE AWAY, I NOTICED THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE ALERT WAS ON AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE CAR. THE DEALERSHIP LIED ABOUT THIS CLAIMING THAT THE HEAT WAS RESPONSIBLE EVEN THOUGH ONLY ONE TIRE WAS INVOLVED. WHEN I GOT TO MY MECHANIC WE FOUND THREE NAILS IN THAT TIRE! SINCE THIS PROVED THAT THE PLACE WAS AS DISHONEST AS IT WAS INCOMPETENT I KNEW I COULDN'T TRUST THAT THEY USED THE CORRECT OIL SO I HAD MY OWN OIL CHANGED. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
Mr. LaRosa did a fantastic job getting me exactly what I wanted at a price a could afford. He was an absolute straight shooter and did all he could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the bottom lin wanted at a price a could afford. Went into this dealership to assess value of my trade in and started a discussion with James about a new Durango to replace my 05 Cherokee. James was stellar as a salesman. Felt more like I was talking to my friend that worked at a dealership trying to get me every discounts possible for his friend. Was hesitant to pull the trigger thinking that if I did some more shopping and visited a few more dealerships I'd hear different and better prices. Went to every Jeep dealer in Brooklyn, a few in Westchester county, 2 on long Island and found only one that was honest but overpriced and all the others were descriptive of what a 1970's car salesman was in the eyes of the consumer.....(as underhanded as a rock at the bottom of the ocean. Almost a month later I returned ready to make a deal and didn't get exact # in did the first time and James wasn't there but spoke with Israel by phone and he worked it out with me......patiently for 5 hours trying to get my # and the exact car I wanted. Finally at 4:30 I had a deal and a better truck than the original dollar amount Iset out to get for almost the same price. The extra $37 dollars a month for the features were well worth it. I've recommended 3 friends to this dealership and highly recommend you do all of your research and get a feel for other dealers and k ow exactly what you want before you set foot into a dealership.... or you could go to Eastchester and be absolutely blown away by them doing all of that for you. James and Isreal were exceptional and extremely informative as well as patient accommodating. I'm loving my 2011 Durango. You should get one!!!! More

He was friendly, knowledgeable, generous with his time, and, most importantly, FAIR. We would ABSOLUTELY go back if (1) we need another Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, or (2) we're turning in this lease for an update. One point: we did not get, as is usually the case, the EXACT price we saw on truecar.com. But we did receive a VERY fair price after negotiating. More
I went to Eastchester Jeep because, I just bought a new Jeep from another dealership and I was having issues installing the soft top. While trying to figure this out, storm clouds had come in the area and the skies were about to open up. As soon as I pulled into the lot and explained my story, the rain started coming. These guys were GREAT, they got my Jeep into the garage and started working in it immediately. I didn't muy my truck form there and they didn't have to assist me but they were more than accommodating and I highly recommend this dealership and will be bring my truck there for service in the future. Thanks Robert, Bobby and Javier, you guys were awesome and great personalities as well. I strongly suggest if you are going to by a jeep go see any of these guys, they will have you laughing and work with you. Cheers More

Since my initial salesman is no longer employed there, my paperwork was passed on to Bobby Bruner who had the plates in my mand within 2 days. He explained all of the options I had, he took me to inspect the vehicle and patiently waited until I was done. He made sure I wanted the vehicle I was interested in without applying pressure to make a purchase. I've never felt total honesty from a salesperson until today.
