I came to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge with very little expectations of being listened to and having my issues looked into. Much to my surprise, I was first introduced to Rafael Castro who was very nice and very understanding. He referred me to one of his sales people Peter Lewis and dealing with Peter was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealer in many many years. Peter was very knowledgeable and was interested in my concerns and went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed and made my purchase as smooth as could be. Peter is an asset to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Rafael Castro was also very accommodating. I do not want to miss the Finance Manager that I dealt with. I believe his name was CJ, he too went above and beyond to get me a deal I could afford. Jason Moreto was excellent! I was shopping around for a new truck and just by chance, I heard an advertisement for this dealership on the radio. But not this dealership, they were very honest and were able to make the numbers happen for us. Jason arranged for all this to happen and if it wasn't for him I would not have gotten the truck the way we wanted it to be. Peter facilitated a smooth transaction & the management guys, Javier Sierra & Rafael Castro, were extremely helpful finalizing the deal. I give them 5/5 in everything except "overall experience" b/c I felt like the process took a long time . . . which may not be fair, I'm not a very patient guy.
