I went in this past weekend looking to buy a new Jeep. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle before so this was a new experience for my wife and I. We came in Friday afternoon and worked with Israel Rodriguez. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle before so this was a new experience for my wife and I. We came in Friday afternoon and worked with Israel Rodriguez. I was really impressed with the dealership and the pace at which I was able to look for a vehicle, and in the end purchasing one. I went in looking for a Jeep Compass or Patriot. They had a number of Compasses and just one Patriot, but that was fine, as I was more interested in the Compass. I was able to take the vehicle I ended up buying on a test drive, as Izzy explained some of the nuances of the car and it's features. Although there were some minor hiccups (trouble finding dealer plates, water in one of the vehicles), the experience was pretty flawless. Izzy explained much of the process along the way and really kept up informed. I really appreciated not being pressured or hurried at all on this major purchase. Once we decided we indeed wanted to purchase, it was a quick and simple process. Izzy let me go give the vehicle another examination and processed all the relevant paperwork. I came back Saturday morning to finalize the sale and take my new Jeep home. Javier had the contract, registration and other paperwork all ready to be signed and processed. I was in and out within an hour, extremely happy my new purchase and the process that I went through in buying in. I appreciated all the guys at Eastchester for their knowledge and lack of pressure.
