Hello, I was waiting on the line at 8: 30 am on 8/3/24 for an inspection. I entered the garage at 10:am to be told there will be no inspection. then I was told the technician would be in a 11 am. I was told to pull over to the side and exit the garage. There was a lack of communication between three employees, the one outside and the two inside. I was so surprised by this. I have been going there since 2011. I had to go to another dealership and paid $141.00 for the inspection and a rear bulb. Beware this dealership commits fruad and will xxxx you over in order to make a sale. The finance guy Lee is a joke and a liar and no one is held accountable here. I'm trying to handle things the correct way and not the wrong way . I've spoke to a few attorneys whom all confirmed that he committed fraud.
