Having been a Jeep, Grand Cherokee owner for almost twenty years enabled me to step into my new 2013 Jeep, Grand Cherokee seamlessly. Through a buying service, I came upon the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep twenty years enabled me to step into my new 2013 Jeep, Grand Cherokee seamlessly. Through a buying service, I came upon the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership and contacted Felicia Bertolini. I visited at night to see Rafael Castro, sales manager, Javier Sierra, finance manager, and Jacob Padilla, salesperson. They saw that I was a knowledgeable and highly motivated client. I mentioned my criteria with respect to the various packages, and they were extraordinarily accommodating. I wanted an exact clone of my Jeep. After looking over the new 2013 Jeep, Grand Cherokee vehicles in stock, I selected my Jeep. I decided instantly to make an offer to Mr. Padilla to which he presented to Mr. Castro and Mr. Sierra. The management team accepted my offer, and I signed the contract. I had to decide whether I was keeping my other Jeep. The next morning I emailed the dealership to look over the interior and exterior of the car, and that I was keeping the same plates. I did not hear from anyone at the dealership. I was concerned at first, but at 6:30 pm I received a status report from Mr. Sierra. He mentioned that I could come over and pickup my vehicle immediately. I told him I would be over the next day. I came over the next day to the dealership with my license plates in hand. Mr. Padilla mentioned that he would clean them up and place them on my new vehicle. Once they were on the new 2013 Jeep, Grand Cherokee, there was a transformational moment. The old blue and white colors of my license plates reminded me of a sports team with pinstripes, the legend continued.
