I leased my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee with a multitude of issues. The dealership did not payoff my last bank in a timely fashion until I contacted the corporate office. Now as I am near the end of my lease a issues. The dealership did not payoff my last bank in a timely fashion until I contacted the corporate office. Now as I am near the end of my lease a host of mechanical issues arise. The service department has had my vehicle for a month. They gave me a Durango loaner for 2 weeks and LIED to say my Jeep is ready only to trick me to give my loaner to anorher customer who they stated has a higher end car. They initially tried to give me a Jeep Renogade which is not of equal value. This dealership practices are deceptive, unethical and misleading. Run! More
