I will say leading up to my appointment I was not happy with how long it was taking to get an answer of where the part was for my Jeep and when it would get fixed, but the day of my appointment came and Ri with how long it was taking to get an answer of where the part was for my Jeep and when it would get fixed, but the day of my appointment came and Ricky who I had never met until my appointment day, made all of my worries go away. From our introduction til the time I left, he was in constant communication and I didn’t have to sit around and wait long.
