Positives: Routine service okay; agent nice and attentive. negatives: they charged me more than $100 for a key recoding that they said later they could not do but kept my money anyway. They kept bugging me to come into the dealership for more than a month. They knew that they did not have the vehicle (with a Manual Transmission) which I wanted. I eventually went to the dealership with an a than a month. They knew that they did not have the vehicle (with a Manual Transmission) which I wanted. I eventually went to the dealership with an appointment. After the test drive in a "similar" vehicle (with an automatic transmission), the salesman found a vehicle in their network at about $10000 more that I was budgeting for. I was willing to double my down payment to acquire the said vehicle. The offer which was presented was padded with duplicate charges. I told the salesman that I would not be taking the vehicle with those additional charges. I asked that they be removed. The salesman got a manger. They thought that I was going to be a push over. It ended with them telling me that they did not need my business. I thanked them for wasting my time and walked out. More
