Very nice workers. ....its obvious during the quick oil change that the 140 point inspection is used to find mundane wear and tear on a vehicle and to charge insane pric ....its obvious during the quick oil change that the 140 point inspection is used to find mundane wear and tear on a vehicle and to charge insane prices to offset the cheap price of an oil change!!The goal is not a speedy oil change and customer service; it's how much money can we get out of you! I was told I needed $3700 in brake repairs and that my car would not pass inspection. I brought my car to a different dealer and my brakes were absolutely fine and were not “metal on metal.” It was right car would not pass inspection. I brought my car to a different dealer and my brakes were absolutely fine and were not “metal on metal.” It was right before the holidays, I’m a young woman, I believe they were trying to make a large paycheck before the holidays. I’m so upset because I could not get my car inspected when it was all fine to pass. Do not go to this dealership, they were trying to take advantage of a young woman new to the area. More
