Usually the gate has opened at 7:00 a. m.; it did not open until 7:30 a.m., making it inconvenient for traffic. Also, when the techs were finished with my car, the tech who was supposed to m.; it did not open until 7:30 a.m., making it inconvenient for traffic. Also, when the techs were finished with my car, the tech who was supposed to take it out of the shop had to be told to do so. It was raining pretty hard, so I decided to wait until the car was taken out. When no one approached the car I started walking towards it myself. When the guy came towards me, I told him I could take it out myself. He said ok, so I walked towards the car. Diane spoke to him in Spanish; at that point he came over and said, it’s my job. When he finally got the car outside, he apologized, saying poquito ingles. More
