Where do I begin. Let’s keep this simple and to the point. I bought a 2023 jeep Cherokee used with 9500 miles. Stupid me thinking I would get a car that was certified Let’s keep this simple and to the point. I bought a 2023 jeep Cherokee used with 9500 miles. Stupid me thinking I would get a car that was certified and checked before being sold. I notified the salesman day 1 of an issue. The dealership “attempted” to fix the problem. Allegedly misdiagnosed it and the problem persisted. They took the car and gave me a loaner after making me wait for almost 6 hours. To then get a call that the car was ready. I picked up the car drove it off the lot and I thought it was good till the next day. I called and let them know it was making the same noise. Thankfully they said I can bring the car back that Thursday but I had to work. Backtracking a little bit. I spoke the finance person who signed the car to me. He is pretty funny, thinking I wouldn’t check the paperwork before signing. Tried to deceive me but was ultimately pissed he couldn’t make his 3k on selling me and extended warranty. . So Monday comes around. I call the service department and explain that the vehicle needs the service bad. I also explained that I couldn’t be able to drop the car and not have another loaner. A few Ubers later at 50+ dollars isn’t easy. I was told they would speak to a manager and get back to me. Wednesday comes (today) I reached out again and got the same answer. Funny thing is, I get a text (generic) from The service manager asking me to rate my latest service. They haven’t seen the car. Long story short. I have had the car about a month and it’s going to have to get repairs for a third time. I left a similar review on carfax, it warranted a response from the up north location. I left a message there as well but no response. Don’t leave a message and when someone reaches out you don’t respond back. That’s not good business practice. If you can stay away from this dealership, do it. This is the worst experience I have had. I’m basically paying for a parking spot holder. More

I am deeply disappointed with the unethical business practices of this company, specifically involving Robert and Jose. Despite my efforts to resolve an issue amicably, they were unwilling to take resp practices of this company, specifically involving Robert and Jose. Despite my efforts to resolve an issue amicably, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their actions, jeopardizing our relationship and trust. My experience dealing with Robert and Jose was frustrating from start to finish. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistakes, coupled with poor communication and a lack of transparency, reflects a concerning disregard for customer relationships. It's astonishing that they would risk damaging their reputation over such questionable practices. They fraudulently billed me for work not even complete. They billed me for a mirror repair for over 1000$ and they never even completed the work. The mirror was never damaged to begin with. They lied about the work they did and even lied stating the mirror was damaged, then retracted their statement stating it was an internal wiring issue. The mirror works perfectly fine. Seems like a bait and switch to me. I escalated the matter to their leadership team, hoping for a resolution, but was met with more of the same dismissive attitude. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I strongly advise other consumers and businesses to be cautious when dealing with this company. Our experience will be shared within our network to warn others of the potential risks. More

Hello, I was waiting on the line at 8: 30 am on 8/3/24 for an inspection. I entered the garage at 10:am to be told there will be no inspection. then I was told the technician would be in a 11 am. I was told to pull over to the side and exit the garage. There was a lack of communication between three employees, the one outside and the two inside. I was so surprised by this. I have been going there since 2011. I had to go to another dealership and paid $141.00 for the inspection and a rear bulb. (The gentleman whom is usually outside was not there he is always communicating with the customers) this was a younger man More
