It also helped that he owned the same vehicle in the past that I was looking to purchase. So he was able to tell me what he liked and dislike about the vehicle I wanted. There were other vehicles i was interested in other than the wrangler and Joseph was so knowledgeable about every vehicle I inquired about. He was honest. He addressed all my questions.
