Had an appointment Sunday right when the dealership opened. I drove 3 hrs to see a vehicle. Price advertised was $33950. I told salesman i would pay $34500 more than their advertised price. After o opened. I drove 3 hrs to see a vehicle. Price advertised was $33950. I told salesman i would pay $34500 more than their advertised price. After our test drive the price magically changed on their website to $37400 additionally they stated that someone had a deposit on it and were paying $36500. Funny this wasn't mentioned at the time I made the appointment last night just before they closed. They knew I was driving 3 hrs too. In addition they said they were paying cash and if I financed I could have the vehicle for the same $36500. Seems to be a common theme with the complaints. Pretty sure it is not the salesman creating these stories probably management. More

I worked with Ricky to get the car serviced . He was kind and helpful and understood all of my concerns including the cost. He explained to me what was needed and I felt confident that I could trust him. However, I feel that the warranty I was given when I purchased this as a certified pre owned vehicle was not honored. I was given a 7 year 100,000 warranty but it started 3 years before I owned the car?? Really?? I will take that up directly with JEEP/Chrysler. More
