Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything. He is genuine and passionate about his work. He helped us find the perfect car ! He took the time to listen to our needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. We loved being able to look at it and test drive it without him hovering. My experience was excellent with Eastchester Dodge. Lance was very helpful with my concerns and took care of my car problems to my full satisfaction.
