My 1st experience with this dealer, I asked them to verify that the car was there because i would come over the bridge on my lunch break. My 2nd experience, I asked them to verify availability by literally putting a hand on it....at least they followed through this time before I came, and the car was again sold. I would never even waste my time with them again, as they never seem to have the vehicle they post, it's interestingly enough, ALWAYS SOLD!!! More

This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life not only am I very disappointed and annoyed with the series of events that happen to me but I would not be going here ever again nor will I r my life not only am I very disappointed and annoyed with the series of events that happen to me but I would not be going here ever again nor will I recommend this place. On the morning of Monday September 11, 2023 I called the service department because my car (which I leased from this location and get it service there as well) wasn’t starting and I was offered at earliest convenience an appointment for Wednesday 11:30am (left with no car for 2 days). This lady who gave me the appointment told me “as long as you come in before closing time we can service your car”(5pm) after I told her I wouldn’t make it till 1230-1. I then made reservations for a tow truck and we arrived Wednesday 1pm. The valet guys greeted me by telling me my car was late and wasn’t gonna be seen. After speaking to Kairo who works in the service department and explaining to him the problem he then said there was no way my car was gonna be seen and I couldn’t receive a loaner because there was no diagnosis on the car. I further asked to speak to a manager, the manager then informed me the battery was the problem and he had no loaners available and if he did there is a paperwork process needed for that and it was too late in the day to do so. The manager then offered corporate number and told me I can reach out to them then maybe they can send me a rental in a day or 2. I explained to Kairo and the manager I don’t live in a place where public transportation is an option and I need a car to get to and from work and even at that moment I was stuck, Kairo then offer to get me dropped off somewhere but that’s all he can do. Kairo then said my car will be worked on that same day, end of the day or first one in the morning but it will definitely be ready by next day (Thursday) and will give me a call. Thursday morning 1130am I call for an update being that they open at 7am and no one called me, Kairo was not sure what to say or what’s wrong with the car. I further ask him will if it will be done today he said he will call me, then I asked for his extension he then gives me a wrong extension to someone else’s phone. After calling 7 different times, being put on hold and being told by someone in service department that the manager will call me, I decided to move forward and call corporate at 3:40pm. While on the phone with them Kairo calls me and says my car is ready how ever the department will be closing early due to an emergency going on there, I tell him I need my car and he says well if you get here before 4 you can get it. Rushing my way to the dealer I make it at 4:02pm where I am greeted with disgust from Kairo and others there, the manager then approaches me and says he apologizes for not calling me back. Further explains someone from the department was missing for a week and was found dead that same day and the whole department been off. Not once was I told what was wrong with the car or anything just given my keys and sent on my way. I am a very understanding person but the unprofessionalism of this place and the way this situation was handled has no explanation. Not only did I spend a crazy amount of money on cabs from Monday to Thursday but was put in a vulnerable place of being stuck and I was left in the dark with whatever was going on with my car. Being this my first time lease experience with this dealership, I will never again service my car here and/or lease another vehicle from here. More
